Bite Copenhagen – A World Class Food Exhibition on 24th-25th August 2017


Bite Copenhagen is the new global B2B platform for showcasing quality food products and innovations that create solutions to the global challenges ensuring better food for more people.

At Bite Copenhagen 100 exhibitors from all over the world will showcase their products. Each exhibitor is unique and visitors can first-hand experience the newest in gastronomy: technology, superfoods, sustainable eating, organic produce, veganism, climate protection and much more.

More than 20.000 professionals, bloggers and decision makers are invited to Bite Copenhagen in 2017 and several hundred VIP’s join food walks, seminars and masterclasses to learn more about the newest trends in gastronomy and sustainable food solutions. As a visitor, you are not only given a head start to find out what the future food trends will be like, you will also be able to know what products are going to be in demand prospectively, when consumers look to invest in more future friendly food solutions.

Bite Copenhagen takes place on the 24th-25th of August 2017 in Forum, a 5.000 m2 showroom in the centre of Copenhagen, and the exhibition is inaugurated by Her Royal Highness Princess Marie of Denmark.

Bite Copenhagen connects with The World Food Summit – Better Food for More People in a partnership that creates a framework for political decision-making and public-private solutions addressing global challenges creating better food for more people.

The World Food Summit – Better Food for More People takes place on 24-25 August 2017 in The National Parliament, Denmark. Among the participants are political decision makers, food companies, world-leading chefs and government institutions.

The World Food Summit – Better Food for More People brings selected summit events to the Bite Copenhagen exhibition, providing an excellent opportunity for exhibitioners and visitors to connect with some of the leading figures within the global food scene.

Bite Copenhagen and World Food Summit – Better Food for More People takes place during the Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival, which in 2017 runs from 18th-27th August. The festival offers more than 100 small and large food-events over ten days and is visited by more than 80,000 guests.
